Application Process
Should you wish to proceed with an application or obtain a written Approval in Principal, the following documents are required:
- 3 months most recent consecutive Bank Statements.
- Most recent Mortgage Statement for other mortgages.
- 3 Most recent Payslips.
- P60.
- Salary Certificate (we will supply) if required by lender.
- If self employed: audited accounts for last 2 years.
- Photo ID verification e.g. Passport or Drivers Licence.
- Address Verification e.g. household bill ESB, Telecom
- Statements of Savings held.
- Mortgage Application form completed and signed.
- Mortgage Protection proposal completed and signed.
